Certificate not available on completion of course

I have a student that has completed the essentials course.  It shows them as 100% complete.  On the "Teacher" reports it only shows them as 94.7% complete.  I only get error when accessing the Certificate tab.  What's going on?  I have gone thru all of the classes and they all show the eyeball to the left of the classes.

Hi ccvcsb,

 

We recently updated the certificate system within the multi-user interface, and this seems to have introduced the glitches that you are seeing. The reason the percentages differ is that the report showing 94.7% is including the introductions to each session in its count, while the main certificate system doesn't require these to be viewed in order to receive a certificate.

 

This problem should be fixed within 7 days, but your student should also be able to download their certificate by logging in normally and going to the My Account area.

 

We'll also correct the discrepancy between the percentages when fixing this.

I have made sure all of the classes have been viewed - even the introductions.  It still shows 94.7% in the Teacher Report.

 

Also, clicking on my account still gives an error when clicking on the Certificate even though My Reports shows 100% completion.  I'll try again when the problem should be fixed.

This should all be fixed now. You should be able to access your certificates again without any problems and any discrepancies between the completion percentages should now be fixed.
