How do I create my own digital certificate and digital signature in Windows 10

The Digital Certificate for VBA projects application should be available in Windows 10 as shown in the video lesson: Expert Skills Lesson 7-13 Create a digital certificate.


If it's not appearing in your Start menu, you can find it by going to this location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\SELFCERT.EXE
