I didn't receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming payment and didn't receive an e-mail from ExcelCentral either

If you didn't receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal the most likely explanation is that you didn't complete the payment process.

 

You can confirm that payment was not made by either:

 

1/ If you are a PayPal member you can confirm that you paid by logging into your PayPal account. Get the transaction number and click here to send it to us to confirm payment. We'll trace the transaction and find out what has gone wrong.

 

OR

 

2/ If you are NOT a PayPal member you'll need to contact your credit card company to confirm that the payment was never made.

Once you've confirmed that you didn't complete payment you can order your subscription again.
