Dear Pat

 

The most likely reason for this is that you made a typo in your e-mail address when you subscribed.

 

E-mail me using this page, with with your e-mail address... or your real name... or your paypal receipt number... or any information that might enable me to trace your order and I will find your subscription and correct the e-mail address.

I have tried to recover my password but excelcentral says it doesn't recognize me.
